Steamforged Games has released its latest Warmachine Wednesday update, highlighting several new offerings for players. The update includes the upcoming Gravediggers Command Starter, a new doubles gameplay scenario, and details on the Shadows & Scum pre-order.
Gravediggers Command Starter
The centerpiece of this update is the Gravediggers Command Starter, a 30-point force for Cygnar. This set will be available for pre-order next week and is set to launch at AdeptiCon. It features Captain Buck Hasker, a Trencher warcaster, along with his crew, including Plugger and the Rowdies. Players can access full rules for this starter set through the free Warmachine app.
New Gameplay Scenario
A new gameplay scenario titled “Two Hearts That Beat as One” has been introduced for subscribers of the Warmachine app. This scenario allows players to build forces with two Leaders instead of one, offering a unique strategic challenge. It also serves as a helpful tool for teaching new players in a collaborative environment.
Shadows & Scum Pre-Order
The Shadows & Scum two-player set is now available for pre-order. Designed for Khymaera and Southern Kriels armies, this set is ideal for two players looking to either split the set or build their own forces ahead of the AdeptiCon release.
Lylyth, Raven Vengeance Release
Tomorrow marks the release of Lylyth, Raven Vengeance, a new warcaster for the Khymaera faction. Previously linked to Everblight, Lylyth returns to lead Shadowflame Shard armies. Players are encouraged to share their painted models in the community group for a chance to be featured by Steamforged.
