Starry Studio is set to launch a closed beta test for the cross-save feature of Once Human starting February 27 at 8 PM PT. This test will run until March 1 at 3 AM PT and will be available exclusively on iOS and Android devices.
During the beta, players can expect to access all scenarios, with progress fully retained for future use. The cross-save functionality will also allow players to use their existing characters from the PC version of the game, which is available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Starry Studio’s own launcher, Loading Bay.
To participate, players must complete a survey to receive an invitation. Successful applicants will be notified via in-game mail.
Currently, Once Human supports cross-play, enabling players on different platforms to interact as long as they share the same server. However, the developers have noted some limitations with the cross-save feature, which is still in development.
A console version of Once Human is also planned, expected to launch after the mobile version’s release on April 10.
