Xiaomi has recently introduced the SU7 Ultra, a new electric vehicle (EV) that showcases impressive design and performance capabilities. Unveiled at MWC 2025, this model elevates the standard Xiaomi SU7 to supercar status.
Design Features
The SU7 Ultra boasts a modern, aerodynamic design, drawing inspiration from luxury vehicles like the Porsche Taycan and Tesla Model S. This four-door sedan features a striking appearance, highlighted by a vibrant yellow finish and carbon fiber accents. A notable addition is the large rear spoiler, enhancing its sporty look.
Performance Specifications
Performance sets the SU7 Ultra apart, with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h achieved in under two seconds. The vehicle is powered by two Xiaomi V8 electric motors and one Xiaomi V6 motor, producing a staggering 1,527 horsepower combined. To ensure effective braking, the car is equipped with 430-millimeter carbon fiber ceramic brake discs.
Interior and Technology
While the interior shares similarities with the standard SU7, it accommodates five passengers comfortably. A large infotainment display controls various driving functions, making the user experience comparable to that of leading brands like Tesla and Rivian.
Market Availability and Pricing
The SU7 Ultra is priced at approximately 529,900 yuan (around $73,000), more than double the starting cost of the base SU7, which is 215,900 yuan (about $30,000). Unfortunately, neither model is currently available in the U.S. market, and geopolitical factors may hinder future availability.
