Call of Duty Warzone Set to Revisit Verdansk on March 10, 2025

Call of Duty fans can look forward to the return of the beloved Verdansk map in Warzone on March 10, 2025. Activision confirmed this long-anticipated comeback after initially announcing it in August 2024, when they provided a vague timeline for its return.

The official Call of Duty shop features a pop-up titled The Verdansk Collection, accompanied by a countdown timer leading to the March date. This announcement has generated excitement among players who fondly remember the original Warzone experience.

The pop-up includes a tri-color sketch depicting a snowy alpine scene, reminiscent of familiar Verdansk landmarks, including a dam and a crashed plane. Players have only been able to access Verdansk through Call of Duty Warzone Mobile since its removal from the main game.

Currently, Warzone is also seeing updates as part of the ongoing Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 2, which introduces five new multiplayer maps and a return of the popular Gun Game mode. However, players have noted that Warzone has received less content than expected while the development team focuses on resolving gameplay issues, bugs, and quality-of-life improvements.
