The upcoming Google Pixel 10 will introduce a new AI assistant known as Pixel Sense, which promises to enhance user experience significantly. Initially rumored in 2023 under the name ‚Pixie‘, this assistant aims to provide a more personalized interaction by utilizing data from various apps and media files stored on the device.
Pixel Sense will leverage information from texts, images, and even screenshots to deliver contextual answers without compromising user privacy. All data processing occurs on-device, preventing any information from being sent to Google’s servers.
The technology behind this advancement includes Gemini Nano, a compact version of Google’s AI system, paired with new Tensor chips in the Pixel 10. This combination equips the smartphone with the necessary power to execute tasks that previous models could not handle.
Google is expected to launch the Pixel 10 around August 2025, and it appears to be on schedule for this release. If all goes well, users can look forward to experiencing Google’s most powerful AI assistant to date.
