After much anticipation, the remaster of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and 4 has been officially announced. The game is scheduled to launch on July 11 for multiple platforms, including PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
Developed by Iron Galaxy, this remaster aims to bring back all the iconic skate parks from the original titles, alongside a new addition called Waterpark. Players can expect a roster that includes all the skaters from the previous games, plus new additions such as Yuto Horigome, Rayssa Leal, Jamie Foy, Chloe Covell, and Zion Wright.
The remaster will feature expanded Create-A-Skater and Create-A-Park modes, enhancing customization options for players. A standard edition will be available, alongside deluxe and collector’s editions that provide three days of early access.
Notably, the game will also be available on Xbox Game Pass from day one, making it accessible for subscribers. The soundtrack has yet to be fully revealed, but the trailer includes tracks like Ace of Spades by Motorhead and Amoeba by Adolescents, both of which were featured in the original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3.
Preorders for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 are now live, with fans eager to revisit the beloved series. The announcement follows a period of speculation, including hints from pro skater Tyshawn Jones and teasers on the official THPS website.
